Our co-founder, Professor Bob Kaplan, presented as part of the 2024 Uncertainty, Climate Change, and Policy Challenges Conference on the current pitfalls of carbon accounting standards and how scope 3 indirect emissions reporting could be replaced with E-liability. He was joined by Stefan Reichelstein (Stanford/Mannheim) and the session was chaired by Michel Madelain (former COO at Moody’s). The event was hosted by the University of Chicago’s Macro Finance Research Program and the Brevan Howard Centre for Financial Analysis.
