Angela Liu
Summer Associate
Jiahui (Angela) Liu joins the E-ledgers Institute for summer 2026. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
Liu has worked across both the public and private sectors. Her professional experience spans roles in the Singapore government and a leading global commodities trading firm, where she contributed to digitalization initiatives and business transformation projects.
Liu holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy and Business (Banking and Finance) from Nanyang Technological University, both awarded with Highest Distinction Honours.
