Iván Duque serves on the Advisory Board at the E-ledgers Institute. Elected at the age of 41, he became the youngest elected President in Colombia’s modern history (2018-2022).
Duque serves on the Leadership Council of Concordia, the World Leaders Circle at Oxford, and is a Distinguished Fellow at the World Resources Institute, Bezos Earth Fund, Yale’s Jackson School of Global Affairs, Cornell’s Emerging Markets Institute, and more. He is a Professor of Practice at Florida International University and is an active board member of Conservation International, SBTi, McKinsey’s Sustainability Council, and the FIFA Foundation.
In 2022, Duque launched the Concordia Amazon Initiative, convening global leaders to protect the Amazon rainforest. That same year, he founded the I+D Foundation to empower young innovators from Colombia’s most remote regions.
Duque holds a L.L.M. in International economic law from American University and a Master in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University.
