Summer Associate
Kerem Yılmaz joins the E-ledgers Institute for summer 2026. He is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, as part of the Oxford 1+1 MBA programme.
Prior to joining the Institute, Yılmaz worked at the International Energy Agency’s Energy Data Centre, where he supported governments across IEA member and non-member emerging countries in strengthening national energy data systems and contributed to global energy and emissions datasets.
Before joining the IEA, he worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising clients across financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and medical technology sectors. His academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of climate policy, energy transitions, and sustainable finance.
Yılmaz holds a Dual BA in Economics and Statistics from Sciences Po Paris and Columbia University.
