Lauren Holloway
Chief of Staff
Lauren Holloway is the Chief of Staff at the E-ledgers Institute and has been a core team member since its founding in November 2022. She oversees the Institute’s day-to-day operations, leading strategic initiatives, managing the team, and coordinating stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining the Institute, she held advisory roles at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and the New Zealand Treasury, working on fiscal, economic, and regulatory issues. Holloway also served as Chair of the Social Change Collective, a network supporting emerging changemakers, and was recognized with the University of Otago 20Twenties Young Alumni Award for her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Holloway holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, as well as a L.L.B. with First Class Honors and a B.A. majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Otago. She is an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
