N Venkatram
Country Chair, CDPQ India
N. Venkatram serves on the Advisory Board at the E-ledgers Institute. He is Country Chair of CDPQ India and an active member of CDPQ’s international management team. In this role, he contributes to the execution of CDPQ Global’s strategic vision.
Venkat has more than 40 years of experience in capital mobilization, mergers and acquisitions, governance and strategy. Before joining CDPQ in 2024, he spent 30 years at Deloitte, including eight years as CEO and Managing Partner of Deloitte South Asia. He currently sits on the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Takeover Panel, the Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee and the High-Powered Committee on Settlement Orders and Compounding Offenses.
Venkat holds an accounting degree and is a Chartered Accountant.
